Current platform practices
These initial policies describe implemented platform practices and should be legally reviewed before public launch.
Accounts and personal details
Email-based accounts store your authentication identity. Profile names and preferences, moodboards, projects, partner applications and enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud.
Room photographs and AI processing
Selected photos are previewed in your browser until you initiate generation. Generation transmits your photo and design instructions to the connected image provider through Lovable AI Gateway. Do not upload photographs without the necessary rights or consent.
Private storage and retention
Saving a design stores private copies of the original and concept in your account. Account records remain until deleted or removed through a verified account-deletion request. Private photos are not publicly listed.
Enquiries and professional information
Enquiries are recorded for platform review. Demonstration professionals and products are not actual recipients. Partner applications remain private while awaiting review.
Third parties and payments
Authentication, storage and service processing use Lovable Cloud. AI requests use the connected image provider. There is no checkout or card collection on this initial platform.
Access and deletion
You can remove saved items and projects in your account. Contact the platform through a signed-in enquiry to request account deletion or discuss data access.
