BHM CONSTRA provides discovery, conceptual visualization and preliminary planning tools. It is not represented as a licensed architecture practice, construction contractor or verified marketplace.
Concept images and demonstration listings
Catalogue images and sample profiles are labelled demonstration content. They do not establish an operating supplier, a completed project, actual inventory or technical suitability.
AI and planning limitations
AI outputs may change proportions, materials, furniture and architectural details. Kitchen diagrams are early planning studies, not CAD, construction documents or engineering advice. Obtain qualified professional review.
Your uploads and account
Only upload photos you are authorized to use. Do not include unnecessary private information or photographs of others without consent. Keep your account secure and use the service responsibly.
Professionals and enquiries
Partner applications require review. Approval is not a guarantee of leads, earnings, credentials or verified workmanship. Platform enquiries are recorded for review without a guaranteed response time.
Prices and purchases
No paid plans or purchase flow are currently configured. Any future paid service will need published prices and terms before purchase.
